Open to all students who attend Hillside or Meads Mill Middle School who are serious about learning the basic fundamentals of dynamic Strength and Speed Training. This course is designed to teach basic athletic lifts, techniques, and skills associated with successful speed, strength, and conditioning programs. Other items that will be covered are training in leadership, proper nutrition, goal setting, hydration, injury prevention, flexibility, acceleration, etc.
